Built on decades of experience in cell and gene therapy
Cellpeutics is a Shanghai-based, clinical-stage biotech company developing the next generation
of oncolytic virus and T cell therapies against solid tumors. We are committed to making T cell
immunotherapies accessible, affordable, and available to
cancer patients.
02 / OUR SCIENCE
Our approach to solid tumors
We are the first company to develop dual oncolytic virus and T cell therapies against solid tumors.
01Oncolytic Virus
Turning tumors into grafts
We use oncolytic viruses to reprogram tumors in vivo as transplanted organs or grafts, triggering
allogeneic T cell responses on top of multiple anti-tumor mechanisms.
Oncolytic viruses are being developed as single agents or in combination with immune checkpoint
inhibitors and T cell therapies.
02TCR-T
in vivo TCR-T
Using an AI-powered lentivirus modification, we have developed a novel T cell reprogramming approach, in vivo TCR-T.
Under in vivo TCR-T, the treatment will be streamlined with the ultimate simplicity: no chemotherapy-based lymphodepletion, no HLA matching, and no ex vivo expansion.
03TIL
Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes
TILs come from a patient’s tumor tissues and have the potential to recognize multiple targets.
Our next-generation TILs are capable of expanding and homing to tumors in vivo.

05 / LEADERSHIP
Meet our experienced leadership team
Our leaders have worked across academic research, cell therapy industry, and clinical practices.
Gang Zeng, PhD
Founder & CEO
Read biography
A UCLA professor who trained with Steven A. Rosenberg, Dr. Zeng has nearly 30 years of experience in
tumor T-cell immunology and clinical translation. His team completed a U.S. Phase I study of 800 TCR-T
therapy in kidney cancer.
Gentao Liu, PhD
Co-founder & CTO
Read biography
Dr. Liu has spent more than a decade developing cell therapies for commercial application in China. He
designed a parallel dual-target CAR-T therapy and has worked on international licensing partnerships.
Yun Luo, MD
Senior VP, Clinical Development
Read biography
Luo has nearly 20 years of experience in cell and gene therapy and clinical drug development. A former
physician with a master’s degree in clinical medicine from Tongji Medical College, Luo has led clinical
programs at multiple cell and gene therapy companies.
Zongsheng Guo, PhD
Head of Oncolytic Virus R&D
Read biography
Professor Guo has studied oncolytic vaccinia viruses for cancer immunotherapy for more than two
decades. His work includes participation in Phase I studies of dual-gene-deleted oncolytic viruses in
solid tumors.
